Blast From The Past:
ALL ABOUT AMERICA
Once upon a time, there existed a Red man whose nature was very accommodating. He lived on a land rich with food and full of beauty. This Red man held his land in high esteem and showed a profound respect by taking excellent care of it.
In another land there existed a Black man whose nature was also very accommodating. He lived on a land that was very hot, but this man like the Red man deeply respected his land and took excellent care of it.
Lastly, there existed a White man who was very aggressive by nature. This man mistreated his once beautiful land and ruined it. He sought out a New World where he could start fresh.
In time, the White man made his way to the Red man's land and made friends with him. Shortly after, he violently took his land away. This White man had come from an area where only a privileged few had wealth. So once he discovered he had the opportunity to gain money in this New World, his greed became insatiable.
Now, with so much land he had a problem, because much work was needed in taking care of it. In the beginning, he forced the Red man to do all the work, but he would get sick, so the White man travelled a long distance to the hot land where the Black man lived and forced him to return to work all day long without pay. The White man made much money. This was called slavery.
Now, the land where the White man had once lived grew jealous of his success and wanted some of the money. When the White man refused, a Great War was started. Both sides asked the Black and Red man to fight for them and promised freedom and justice when victorious.
The Great War was fought. The Black man was the very first blood to shed and also sealed the victory in the final major battle by serving as a spy who gained the confidence of the enemy. It could have had an entirely different outcome without his help. History would rarely mention these heroic acts. This new land of justice and liberty was named America.
HOORAY! Now freedom and justice for all as promised! But sadly, that wasn't the case because the Black man was forced back into slavery without his promised freedom. This big lie would create the blueprint for how future Blacks were to be treated in America.
The White man agreed to hand over authority to the new land of America and to be governed by her laws which supposedly were clothed with justice and fair play. America extended an invitation that was admired over the world that all men are created equal with the inalienable right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, an American household.
But there was a problem, because inside this new household the White brother believed in his heart, the words justice, liberty, and happiness were applied only to him, and the Black man should remain his slave and not have any human rights. Insatiable greed continued to control him. He didn't want to share with the Black man and wanted the riches of the land all for himself.
In time, the White brother married an utterly repulsive and hateful witch who could care less about the laws and principles of the new America and persuaded him to do all sorts of violent and sinister acts to the Black brother.
This truly ugly witch had many names, such as Confederates, KKK, White Knights and much more. They all had one thing in common; they hated democracy and hated America, even though they swore to the contrary. They tried to form a separate country and keep the Black man as a slave so they could make more money.
The White man and repulsive witch had many children together with the majority of the offspring indifferent to the Black brother's pain and suffering. The greedy witch would unceasingly taunt the Black brother, often in full view of American law and principles. Those in authority and keepers of the law knew it was wrong, but seemed powerless to do anything.
Why were they so powerless?
Because the love of money had destroyed their sense of justice and fair play. They were content in living a lie while others suffered in complete pain on a daily basis. Most remained silent and did nothing. The ugly witch was very powerful and influential.
But finally, America couldn't hold her silence any longer and had enough. She demanded an end to the harsh treatment of the Black brother. It wasn't going to be an easy undertaking in getting justice for the Black man because there was still much money to be made by working him in the field all day long without pay.
But out of nowhere came a White man who fully shared in the meaning America was founded. He didn't wander off course and was unapologetic in his zeal for justice without compromise. Even though this man didn't particularly like Blacks, he adored the principles the Declaration of Indepence was created and kept them very close to his heart.
All human beings love a man who stands up for what is right, and this is the reason he's admired today.
This man wasn't going to be bullied by a repulsive and ugly witch like the others before and after him. He understood how important it was for America to be a nation of justice, not only in words but deeds also. Otherwise, the danger would exist of one day becoming a nation unrecognizable to itself and the world.
But sometimes setting a good example comes with a hefty price. This man's love of doing what was right would result in another Great War. There were much suffering and tremendous losses on both sides.
The Black brother courageously assisted America and was victorious in the battle against the ugly, wicked witch and her rebellious offspring who wanted to form another country. America was so elated with victory she made the Black brother a legally permanent member of the household with full privileges to the dismay of the ugly witch.
The Black brother was elated and had hoped for this day so long. He understood what it meant to abide by America's laws, even more so than the wicked and ugly witch and her shameless offspring. But the Black brother's happiness was shortlived because the great White man that loved justice and liberty died and left him unprotected and at the mercy of the wicked witch.
Many years would pass before there was another great White man to uphold the principles of America.
In no time at all, America once again became a hater of justice and would make an especially atrocious error. After the Great War she had the wicked witch and her offspring in total submission and had every opportunity to completely annihilate her and her attitudes off the face of the earth, but sadly chose to allow her to live and thrive by giving her authority she yearned.
This was amazing, since this evil witch and her offspring had killed so many brave American warriors and hated democracy. Evidently, America loved the ugly witch very much.
This non-action deeply saddened the Black brother because the wicked witch continued to make life hell for him and refused to recognize him as a legitimate member of the American household.
In time, with the egging on of the hateful witch, America once again went against her principles and allowed the repulsive and detestable witch to lock the Black brother into a very dark dungeon for 75 years where he could not be seen or heard.
Life was very demoralizing and painful to say the least for the Black brother in the dungeon. Even though earlier proclaimed a permanent member of the household by America, he was restricted in every sense of the word. He was completely out of view of everyone.
Meanwhile, the Black brother would always bang on the door for release from his prison. Help would eventually come from a very unlikely source. It seemed like forever, but finally with the aid of a very distant neighbor he was released after 75 years in captivity.
America would soon realize she couldn't hold her head up in the world community as a principled and moral leader of the free world any longer. She must change her course. It was sad that she wasn't ashamed of her past non-actions against the Black brother, but she was highly embarrassed at being exposed to the world. A great Black man picked up on this incredible opportunity for advancement and spearheaded a total and complete campaign of inclusion in America.
There wouldn't be any turning back from this decision because a new invention called the television would allow the world to view how the Black brother was being treated. America couldn't hide it's injustices any longer.
Finally, after all the pain and suffering, America was on a different road to inclusion. Now it was possible to view the White and Black man walking on the same sidewalk, going to the same stores, movies, sporting games, restaurants like United Americans.
So the Black brother was finally freed from the dungeon without the life skills needed to compete with his White brother. America tried to assist him with special help called affirmative action, but the wicked witch and her rebellious offspring quickly objected.
So it's important for this Black brother to understand that empathy does not exist for what he's endured the many years that allowed his White brother to achieve on a high level. But instead of complaining, the Black brother must now play catch up and use his God-given brainpower for success which would be the perfect revenge against the ugly and wicked witch and her shameless offspring.
Now the reason why some Black and White people don't get along today is that many enjoyed the way it once was when the Black brother was in slavery and later in the dungeon. Their families shared these stories with them, and today many may not want to share in America's riches.
Then, on the other hand, there are decent White Americans who are good people. But they remain silent and distant just as they were in the past. The White brother still controls everything and makes all the decisions, and that's unlikely to change because they have long enjoyed a favored position in America since the beginning and only do business with other Whites.
The truth is the Black brother is an American in the true sense of the word. He wants to be included with the White brother in an open and united front, which in reality is right. But that ain't going to happen. Human beings are foolish, even in this day and age. There's not one group of people in the entire world that can see past race. When the Black brother finally realizes this fact and start recycling his impressive Black dollars in the Black community, he will fare better. But as it stands now, he gives all his money to the White brother who gladly accepts.
So, it's important also to remember the ugly and detestable witch and her rebellious offspring are not dead and will always thrive in America. The Black brother has to live and work around these elements to provide for his family.
This means the Black brother must change his accommodating nature and seize what belongs to him with intelligence instead of anger the witch may cause him to have. Because uncontrolled anger is a dead end street, and the sickening and repugnant witch knows this.
But, is that really possible? Yes, it's very possible!
