Remembering Bruce Lee: Jon Benn’s Real Life Stories from a Life in American Film

Jon Benn was the “merely a lead actor” in two of Bruce Lee’s most memorable films. He even got to play the memorable role of the mafia boss in The Way of the Dragon in 1972.

Now over 80 years old, he’s created an autobiography which covers his years with Bruce Lee and a whole lot more.

In Remembering Bruce Lee, Jon Benn reminisces fondly about his experiences with Lee and a lifetime of other adventures. “I’m the only one who ever got to hit Bruce.”

    Remembering Bruce Lee
Bruce Lee with Jon Benn on the right

“He could kick the ashes off your cigarette without you even noticing. That’s how fast and accurate he was”, Benn said. “He was the best and he knew he was the best. He could drop to the floor and do 200 pushups on two fingers.”

    Remembering Bruce Lee
“Bruce Lee’s powerful fists of fury point directly at me”. Jon Benn

“He knew dozens of tricks besides martial arts and always demonstrated them to the cast and crew, especially to the girls. He appreciated attractive girls, and many of them flocked around him for much of the time.

Of course, I appreciated the girls too. I also admired Bruce’s ability to attract them. On most days, I brought a few girls along with me to the set because they all wanted to meet Bruce. Once he said to me, “Hey, Jon. Make sure not to bring any girls with you tomorrow because my wife will be here.”

Jon Benn was a major player in some of the most important films in martial arts films history.
    Remembering Bruce Lee
“Bruce Lee’s powerful fists of fury point directly at me”. Jon Benn

“For Chuck, The Way of the Dragon became his first significant movie
appearance, the one that launched him toward stardom. His character,
a fighter-for-hire named Colt, went man-to-man against Bruce and
almost defeated him (or so it appeared in the movie).”

From facing Lee’s fists of fury to riding in a cowboy posse, from almost starting the Third World War to a nude scene with sex symbol Bo Derek, much has happened to Jon for the sake of appearing in movies.
    Remembering Bruce Lee

“Unforgettably, one time I talked to Jayne while she lay on her
side by the pool. Then to my pleasant surprise, one of her huge tits
accidentally popped out of her top. (Despite my previous recollections
about plane crashes, sometimes the power of gravity does good things too.)
Naturally, I eagerly asked Jayne if I could help in any way, but
she quickly shoved the roaming body-part back inside the garment from
where it had emerged. For me, a special once-in-a-lifetime chance
had come and gone, never to return.”

But that’s not all. From exploring ancient Mexican temples and falling into a volcano to eavesdropping on communists in Cold War Europe, from doing business with former Philippines dictator Ferdinand Marcos to girls-in-hot-pants waving Passports to Pleasure, one heck of a lot has happened to Jon away from the cameras too.

These are the real life stories of an American film producer.

Now eight decades old, Jon shares his autobiography with the world. Hang on for a tumultuous ride.

    IMDB Filmography http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0071464/

    What People Are Saying

Don’t be fooled by the gentle manner, soft voice and kindly white beard. Big Jon Benn has been one mean dude in his time, sporting the full gangster kit of a fixed snarl, fedora hat, striped suit and wraparound shades… He doesn’t need much encouragement to talk about the old movie days. Even now, people stare at him on the subway, recognizing him as the foreign devil from countless films.

    Newsweek
Names aren’t so much dropped in a conversation with Jon Benn as emptied by the sack-load… and he has an interesting anecdote attached to each of them.

    Global Times
Benn reaches into the drawer of his desk and pulls out a little, old, battered, black address book. Yellowed pages fall out as he flips through: a gnarled finger traces the names. 'Charles Bronson, Richard Burton, Yul Brynner, Candice Bergen, Sean Connery…' As he thumbs another page, one wonders where the reality stops, and the performance starts, for this old stager – still, it is great theater.

    Shanghai Daily
There are very few actors who have had the opportunity to work with a legend and to be a part of history. However, Jon T. Benn is the exception…. He is immortalized onscreen next to a genuine martial-arts legend, which, in turn, has made his villain character an icon within the martial-arts community.

    Irish Fighter magazine
Jon Benn is the most famous 'unknown' in martial-arts movie history… After The Way of the Dragon, Benn had returned to his previous lifestyle, one of wine, women, more wine and working as a successful restaurateur. He found, to his surprise, that a stream of Little Dragon fans beat a path to his door, eager to query him about his experiences when working with Bruce Lee.

    “Belief: The Seekers”
Witness stories from around the world united by one of the most basic human needs – a desire to find purpose and meaning in our lives. First, 19-year-old Cha Cha, a devout evangelical Christian college student, hopes to reconnect with her faith after a recent trauma has shaken her to the core. Mendel’s synagogue in Budapest once faced extinction, and this tiny population of Jews are struggling to keep their culture alive. In the final story, Terry Gandadila, an Aboriginal elder in Australia who is nearing death, passes on the wisdom and knowledge of his tribe to his grandson. Together, they walk the songline, an ancient roadmap that the tribe believes reveals how the world was created and how to live life in accordance with their ancestor spirits.

    “Belief: Love’s Story”
Journey around the world in search of what it means to love one another. First, in western Pennsylvania, Ian and Larissa Murphy are two evangelical Christians who fell in love during college. Ten months into their relationship, Ian suffered a traumatic brain injury, dramatically changing their relationship while also showing them what it means to love unconditionally. On the other side of the world, former professional skateboarder Jordan Richter from northern California is embarking on the Hajj, a pilgrimage that is one of the five tenets of his adopted religion, Islam. By joining millions of pilgrims in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, Jordan hopes to make peace with his past and cement a promising future. Finally, two leaders in Nigeria who were former enemies 20 years ago, Christian Pastor James Wuye and Muslim Imam Muhammad Ashafa, come together to reconcile and to honor one of the most sacred teachings at the heart of both their faiths: love your enemies.

    “Belief: Acts of Faith”
Our beliefs can be a powerful guiding force to endure and overcome in some of the most difficult situations. In this episode, everyone faces a challenge to overcome, and they find their source of strength in a variety of different ways. In Topeka, Kansas, Judi Bergquist visits her son’s killer in prison with the hope that the act of forgiveness will help them both move forward with their lives. Next, under the blue Guanajuato, Mexico sky, Enedina Cuellar Pacheco is riding on horseback with Christ’s Cowboys in the hopes a miracle heals her son who suffered traumatic injuries in a tragic car accident. Together with thousands of riders, she makes the rigorous trek to the iconic 65-foot-tall statue of Cristo Rey. Finally, on the small Pentecost Island, Vanuatu, in the South Pacific, a young boy, Bebe, will act out a death-defying rite of passage into manhood. Bebe will bravely land dive off a giant wooden tower with just a tree vine tied around his ankles, participating in a sacred ritual that his tribe believes blesses the soil for a bountiful harvest.

“Belief: A Change Is Gonna Come”
Explore how our beliefs help us change. First, Anju, a young woman in central India, has committed to forgo all of life’s conveniences and permanently sever ties with her family in order to be initiated as a Jain nun. Anju must first pass three tests designed to challenge her commitment. Next, Howard Fallon and his daughter Shane arrive in the Nevada desert for Burning Man, an annual festival that provides an experiment in community art, self-expression and culminates in the ritual burning of a large wooden effigy. Howard and Shane are seeking to reconnect and heal after unimaginable personal loss. In another part of the American desert, Ashly Hines, a member of the Yavapai-Apache Nation, prepares to participate in the Sunrise Ceremony, a spiritual ritual into womanhood. Finally, scientist Marcelo Gleiser stands at the foot of one of the most powerful telescopes in the world. He has journeyed to the heart of the Atacama Desert in Chile to look deep into space for clues as to how the universe was born and how it is changing over time. He finds the more he searches the universe, the more he must embrace the mystery of the unknown.

    “Belief: God Help Us”
When tragedy, illness or loss feel overwhelming and relief seem beyond our reach, many believers appeal to their faith for strength. First, Karen Cavanagh, a Catholic from Slingerlands, New York is called to the Sufi path as a way of healing from a traumatic brain injury. Karen travels to Konya, Turkey to combine her Catholic faith with the practice of becoming a Whirling Dervish, a group who worships through meditative dance. Next, in Lima, Peru, a teenager, Beto, prays to the Lord of Miracles, a painting of Christ on the cross that is revered throughout the country. Beto is selected to march in an annual procession honoring the icon, bringing pride to his family. Then, in Lebanon, 13-year-old Walid, a Syrian refugee whose family fled their home in war torn Syria, still finds a way to participate in Ramadan, the Islamic faith’s month of personal and spiritual reflection observed with fasting and prayer. Finally, in Indonesia, 19-year-old Buddhist monk Bodhi Cahyno believes meditation can help him find a source of inner strength after enduring a challenging childhood. Guided by his mentor and teacher, Bodhi travels to the holy site of Borobudur in Indonesia – the world’s largest Buddhist temple – to celebrate Vesak, an annual ritual that commemorates the birth, enlightenment and death of the Buddha.

    “Belief: The Practice”
For many people, committing to a spiritual life through study, practice and compassion reveals faith. First, Shi Yan Fei is a young Buddhist monk at the Shaolin Monastery in Dengfeng, China, who came to the monastery because of his passion for Kung Fu. While Shi Yan Fei has nearly mastered Kung Fu’s physical movements, he has encountered difficulty mastering the spiritual element. Next, 65-year-old John Davie is hoping to reconnect with his Catholic faith as he embarks on the “Way of Saint James,” a 500-mile trek through the countryside of France and Spain. For a thousand years, Christian pilgrims have walked the “Camino,” which culminates at the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela in Galicia, Spain. Then, Mohamed El Haskouri, a teenage boy in Morocco studies diligently to perfect his recitation of the 80,000 words of the Qur’an in an ancient art called Tajweed. Finally, two teenage girls in Israel, 18-year-old Jewish cellist Hagit and 17-year-old Muslim flutist Mais find common ground and friendship in their shared love of performing classical music with the Polyphony Orchestra.

    “Belief: A Good Life”
Explore how beliefs help us face the fear of death and the mystery of what happens after we die. In this episode, we witness how death can also be a powerful call to action – to embrace life and those we love. In the shadows of Mt. Everest, Lekshey Choedhar, a young Buddhist monk at the Pema Tsal Sakka Monastery, learns a valuable lesson about the fleeting nature of life. There, Buddhist monks make devotional works of art called sand mandalas, which they then destroy in a ritual that symbolizes the impermanence of existence. Next, atheist Alex Honnold walks the edge between life and death as a world-renowned free-solo climber. He faces his mortality and finds meaning in his life as he climbs — with no ropes or harnesses — up a towering cliff in the Moab desert in eastern Utah. Then Donna Winzenreid, a military wife and mother of three in Colorado Springs, Colorado who has been diagnosed with stage four pancreatic cancer, fights for her life by holding on to her Methodist faith. Next, India is home to more than a billion people and one of the world’s largest religions, Hinduism. Once a year, on the first day of spring, Hindus from all walks of life unite to celebrate the festival of colors – Holi. Gopesh Goswami, a Hindu priest, celebrates Holi as an opportunity to set aside daily responsibilities and experience joy, togetherness and the essence of a good life. Finally, from a space shuttle orbiting Earth, astronaut Jeff Hoffman stares out at a pale blue dot suspended in the vast expanse of the universe. He describes it as a transcendent experience, an overwhelming feeling that human beings are all truly connected.

    ABOUT “BELIEF”:
This groundbreaking original series invites viewers to witness some of the world’s most fascinating spiritual journeys through the eyes of the believers. Traveling to the far reaches of world, and to places cameras have rarely been, “Belief” searches the origins of diverse faiths and the heart of what really matters. From the epic to the intimate, webbed throughout each hour are stories of people on spiritual journeys, taking them to sacred spaces, including: the largest peaceful gathering in the history of the world as a group of believers seek redemption along the banks of a holy river; a free climber on the side of a mountain who believes there is no greater power than just being present as he climbs without rope; inside the ceremonies of the past as a 21st century woman seeks to find a miracle cure using ancient ceremonial treatments; the quiet of the night as a culture seeks to hang on to its 50,000 year-old history by searching the stars for insight to share with future generations; and, a courtroom and prison where a grieving mother must grapple with forgiveness as she comes face-to-face with her son’s killer. These stories and others will all lead us to ask: “What do you believe?” “Belief” is co-produced by the award-winning production companies Harpo Studios and part2 pictures. IFC FILMS WILL RELEASE QUEEN OF EARTH ON AUGUST 26th IN NEW YORK WITH A NATIONAL ROLLOUT TO FOLLOW

"An acidly funny and unnerving portrait of a psychological breakdown", Scott Foundas - VARIETY

    QUEEN OF EARTH

Catherine (Elisabeth Moss) has entered a particularly dark period in her life: her father, a famous artist whose affairs she managed, has recently died, and on the heels of his death she's dumped by her boyfriend James (Kentucker Audley). Looking to recuperate, Catherine heads out to her best friend Virginia's (Katherine Waterston) lake house for some much needed relaxation. However, once Catherine arrives relaxation proves impossible to find, as she is overcome with memories of time spent at the same house with James the year before. As Catherine reaches out to Virginia with attempts at connection, Virginia begins spending increasing amounts of time with a local love interest, Rich (Patrick Fugit), and fissures in the relationship between the two women begin to appear, sending Catherine into a downward spiral of delusion and madness. A bracing, eerie look at the deep bonds of friendship and the horrific effects of such bonds being frayed, Queen of Earth is a thrilling examination of a deeply complex relationship between two miserable women.

    TANGERINE

    TANGERINE

    SYNOPSIS
It's Christmas Eve in Tinseltown and Sin-Dee (newcomer Kitana Kiki Rodriguez) is back on the block. Upon hearing that her pimp boyfriend (James Ransone, STARLET, "Generation Kill") hasn't been faithful during the 28 days she was locked up, the working girl and her best friend, Alexandra (newcomer Mya Taylor), embark on a mission to get to the bottom of the scandalous rumor. Their rip-roaring odyssey leads them through various subcultures of Los Angeles, including an Armenian family dealing with their own repercussions of infidelity. Director Sean Baker’s prior films (STARLET, PRINCE OF BROADWAY) brought rich texture and intimate detail to worlds seldom seen on film. TANGERINE follows suit, bursting off the screen with energy and style. A decidedly modern Christmas tale told on the streets of L.A., TANGERINE defies expectation at every turn.

    Premieres Exclusively on Sunday, July 12 at 7 p.m. EDT / 6 p.m. PDT

ATLANTA – July 7, 2015 – Acclaimed filmmaker Robert Townsend (The Five Heartbeats, Hollywood Shuffle) stars, directs, produces and co-wrote script with Michelle Amor and Cheryl L. West for the UP Premiere Movie Playin’ for Love, a romantic comedy about life on and off the basketball court. It’s a story about a successful high school coach who gets a superstar player – and the mom who tries to take over the team. The film also stars Salli Richardson-Whitfield (“Being Mary Jane,” “Eureka”), Jenifer Lewis (Think Like A Man, “Black-ish”), Lawrence Hilton-Jacobs (The Jacksons: An American Dream, Claudine) and Esai Morales (La Bamba, “Criminal Minds”). Playin’ for Love premieres exclusively on UP on Sunday, July 12 at 7 p.m. EDT / 6 p.m. PDT.

Robert Townsend plays Coach Niven Banks, an overly confident high school basketball coach who’s used to calling all the shots. He recruits a basketball player named Justice “The Judge” McCoy (Daniel Yorel Cooper) from another school district to help his team win. When Justice’s mother, Talisa McCoy (Salli Richardson-Whitfield), comes in, she turns his world upside down. She’s smart and knows a thing or two about coaching basketball. And she’s onto the coach’s selfish, arrogant ways and now won’t let him get away with it. When Coach Banks won’t take her seriously, she threatens to pull her son off the team. Reluctantly, the Coach starts using her plays and the team starts to win. Sparks start to fly on and off the court. Playin’ for Love is romantic comedy about making the right plays, on and off the court. Jenifer Lewis stars as Alize Gates, Lawrence Hilton-Jacobs stars as Coach Preston Reid, and Esai Morales stars as Principal Jose Marti.

The journey behind making Playin’ for Love is as uplifting as the film itself. The movie was shot on location in Overtown, one of Miami’s roughest neighborhoods. The original idea to film in this community and create a mentorship program for local kids during production was the brainchild of Miami’s former District 5 Commissioner Michelle Spence-Jones. Jeff Friday, president of the American Black Film Festival (ABFF), a Miami-based event, helped put the idea into motion. Having been raised in rough neighborhood himself, Townsend loved the idea and took on one of the most challenging projects of his career – going into a rough community to teach 20 kids about making a movie, and then making one. During production in Overtown, Townsend taught his 20 mentors how to make a movie. They also appear in the film.

In addition, Townsend got the community and corporate sponsors involved as he shot the film on a shoestring budget. Commissioner Spence-Jones reached out to NBA superstar Isiah Thomas and he came aboard as one of the executive producers. Soon after, the Miami Heat gave Townsend the American Airlines Arena for basketball tryouts and 5,000 kids from the inner-city showed up. Then, another 3,000 kids came out to audition for speaking parts. Jamba Juice stepped up by partially funding the film and giving away 20,000 free smoothies and breakfast treats during production. NBA superstar Dwyane Wade donated over 500 free sneakers to the cast and volunteers. Conner Sports Flooring gave a new basketball floor to the community center. And finally, recognizing this as a film with morals and values, the American Federation of Teachers gave a donation to help offset costs.

Currently, filmmaker Wills J. Felin is working to finish a documentary film called “Believe” about the entire behind-the-scenes journey of Townsend and the kids making Playin’ for Love in the hood. To check out the trailer and possibly help donate to complete this inspiring documentary, click here: www.believedocumentary.com.

“We’re thrilled to bring our viewers the world television premiere of Robert Townsend’s entertaining, fun family film Playin’ for Love,” said Sophia Kelley, senior vice president of programming, UP. “Under his keen direction, the film presents a range of characters who you can’t help but root for as they struggle to do the right thing and on and off the basketball court. And as impressed as we are by the film, we are also amazed by the story of the making of the film and how Robert and Miami’s Commissioner Michelle Spence-Jones changed the lives of a group of kids and brought the community together.”

“As a filmmaker I strive to uplift and inspire people, so I’m thrilled to have Playin’ for Love make its television debut on UP,” said Townsend. “This film is an homage to one of my favorite films ‘Claudine,’ starring James Earl Jones and Diahann Carroll, who received an Academy Award nomination for her role. It also starred a young Lawrence Hilton-Jacobs, so I had to have him in this film because ‘Claudine’ changed my life. I saw my life on screen and it made me want to make movies.”

UP presents Playin’ for Love, a Philippians 4:13 production. Starring Robert Townsend, Salli Richardson-Whitfield, Jenifer Lewis, Lawrence Hilton-Jacobs and Esai Morales. Directed by Robert Townsend. Executive produced by Jeff Friday and Isiah Thomas. Produced by Lydia Nicole and Robert Townsend of Townsend Entertainment. Co-produced by McGee. Casting by Ed Arenas. Cinematography by John L. Demps Jr. Music by Ben Foy. Wardrobe by Sierra Townsend. Script by Michelle Amor, Robert Townsend and Cheryl L. West.

Toi + Rouvaun Walker | Bravo’s “Newlyweds: The First Year”

    Bravo’s “Newlyweds

Season two of Bravo’s hit show, “Newlyweds: The First Year,” is officially off and running and maintaining the networks reputation for providing exciting and entertaining reality programming. Hayward, California residence Toi and Rouvaun Walker along with four other couples allowed cameras to follow them during their first year of marriage and boy does it show the untold stories of the real ups and downs of being a newlywed! It’s not all bliss and the struggle to mesh can be very challenging. Still, as the only African American couple on the show, they certainly showcase “Black Love.” Toi claims Rouvaun ALMOST got away …

The couple’s relationship began nearly 15 years ago on an Internet dating site. The two went on one amazing and unforgettable date and although the chemistry between the two was undeniable, their current life’s circumstances were not the best. At the time, Toi was a divorcee with two small children and Rouvaun had never been married and had no children, so the two silently parted ways. But as fate would have it, 15 years later they would reconnect on Facebook, and this time … the timing was right!

Toi packed up her life in Los Angeles as a Hollywood publicist to follow the love of her life to Northern California – that is, the small town of Hayward. Rouvaun works as an investment banker in Northern California. Toi admits the initial move was scary and the culture was different from the life in the fast lane in LA; however, today she has settled in rather nicely, made friends and has launched a new hair extension business.

The wedding vows “in sickness and in health” is especially meaningful to the couple because Toi suffers from Lupus, a chronic, autoimmune disease, and has flare-ups regularly.

“Newlyweds: The First Year” wrapped up last month on Bravo.

INTERESTING SIDE NOTE: Toi is the daughter of the late Larry Troutman and the niece of Roger Troutman from the funk band, Zapp. The original band consisted of four brothers — that is, Roger Troutman, Larry Troutman, Lester Troutman and Terry Troutman—and non-Troutman family members Bobby Glover and Gregory Jackson. Zapp is known for such hits as “More Bounce to the Ounce,” “Doo-Wah-Ditty,” and “Computer Love.” Interestingly, Roger Troutman appears on Tupac’s hit single, “California Love,” and received a Grammy nomination for Best Rap Performance by a Duo or Group. Unfortunately, in a 1999 dispute, Roger Troutman was fatally wounded as a result of an apparent murder-suicide at the hands of his older brother, Larry.

TYRESE GIBSON AND REV RUN SET TO BRING MAN SCHOOL TO TELEVISION IN A NEW PRIMETIME SERIES FOR OWN

Series From CBS Television Distribution Shares Everything Viewers Need to Know About Men and Love

    TYRESE GIBSON AND REV RUN

Los Angeles – OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network announced today a new primetime show from international movie star and platinum recording artist Tyrese Gibson and hip-hop icon, celebrated author and reality star Rev Run. After their successful collaboration on the New York Times bestselling Simon & Schuster book “Man-ology,” the longtime friends are bringing "man school” to television sharing everything viewers need to know about men and love. The show is developed and produced by CBS Television Distribution. The eight episode weekly series will debut in early 2016.

Often at odds with each other, ordained minister Rev Run (aka Joseph Ward Simmons) is 50, married and a father of six and grandfather of one, while Tyrese is a 36-year-old single father and one of People Magazine’s sexiest men alive. These two unorthodox “love and relationship experts” will be joined by a primetime studio audience plus celebrity guests in a no-holds-barred relationship throw down. Social media platforms will take center stage galvanizing America to ask Tyrese and Rev Run their most intimate questions about men, relationships, marriage and sex.

“When Rev Run, Tyrese and CBS came to us with the idea of a primetime series we were energized by the chance to bring OWN viewers something fresh and entertainingly real in the ‘love space,’” said Sheri Salata, president, OWN. “We can’t wait to turn them loose - enlightening us all about what makes men tick.”

“We are thrilled to be in business with OWN on our first original production for the network,” said Scott Koondel, executive vice president and chief licensing officer for CBS Corp. “Combining the enormous popularity of Tyrese and Rev Run with engaging topics like love and relationships will make a very entertaining hour for viewers.”

Millions of fans throughout the world know Tyrese Gibson for his starring roles in two of the biggest movie franchises as Roman Pearce in Universal’s juggernaut “Fast and Furious” movie and the Paramount Pictures franchise “Transformers.” He is also a four-time Grammy-nominated platinum recording artist. Gibson’s upcoming album, BLACK ROSE – which marks his last solo album – will be released July 10, 2015 through his own label, Voltron Recordz. His new single from the album, “Shame,” was the #1 Most Added song to radio in the country and is currently #4 on Billboard. Gibson is also the author of the New York Times Bestseller How To Get Out Of Your Own Way.

Rev Run (aka Joseph Ward Simmons) is a founding member of RUN DMC, the international platinum recording artists who have been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Rev Run currently tours with RUN DMC and also enjoys a solo career as a DJ with residencies worldwide. He then starred in “Run’s House,” the reality series that ran for six seasons on MTV and spawned the spinoff “Daddy’s Girls.” He currently stars in “Rev Run’s Renovation” on HGTV and DIY Network; “Rev Run’s Sunday Suppers” on The Cooking Channel; and “Rev Run Around the World Adventures,” set to debut later this year on The Travel Channel. He is the author of several books including Take Back Your Family: How to Raise Respectful and Loving Kids in a Dysfunctional World, and Words of Wisdom: Daily Affirmations of Faith.

The yet-to-be-titled series is produced for OWN by CBS Television Distribution in association with Voltron Pictures and Simmons/Lehman Productions. Eric Pankowski created the show in collaboration with Tyrese and Rev Run. Pankowski is the showrunner/executive producer. Joining him as executive producers are Tyrese Gibson, Joseph Simmons, Jerome Martin, Isabella Castro and Michael Lehman.
