The Inauguration Day Official Commemorative Souvenir Envelope sells for $9.95 and can be ordered at this link or at 800-STAMP24 (800-782-6724) using item #788721. Preorders are being accepted now for delivery shortly after the Jan. 21 Inauguration. The souvenir envelope will also be sold at select Post Offices beginning Jan. 21, 2013.
