    The Way of a Woman
    by Bruce H. Edwards

    The way of a woman
    For me a lifetime fascination
    Each day I learn more
    Through detailed observation
    Made more exciting
    By intimate affiliation

    Protecting what is hers
    She holds on tight
Her strength a mixture of power and softness
    Wrong or right
It is the way of a woman

Her heart and mind with a common goal
    She will not be moved
    She will not be swayed
    But she is always flexible

Giving her all at a moments notice
Going through life’s ups and downs
Willing to leave at that very same moment
Her all that was there will not be found
It is the way of a woman

    Her womanly ways
    Oh those womanly ways
    Turn you out
    Turn you on
She can be there with you
And at the same time be gone
    The way of a woman

    She’ll give you many clues
To who and what she is
You may even think you understand
If in tune you’ll love the mystery
The ways of a woman will be to a man

    TOUGH GUY
    What’s up tough guy
heard you smacked up your wife
    ain’t you the same cat
that got knocked out at the bar last night
    Calm down, it’s just that
you didn’t look so tough in a fetal position
I guess it made you feel better
    beating your wife into submission
    I know life ain’t fair
and things don’t always go right
    but that’s no excuse
to smack her every other night
Hey you have a daughter, Briana right,
Just wondering if she’s there when you beat mommy black and blue
Don’t get mad yo, I only ask
because in the end she’ll wind up marrying a "man" just like you

    Dear Queen
    By An adoring fan

I am fascinated by your essence and all what comprises your beautiful nature…I want to ingest all of your love and place you in a ray of elegance for me to enjoy …Can you feel the splendor of passion I have for you? It has always been yours to please yourself with…I desire to have you in softness as violin strings of meaning…serenades our spectacular love affair into a mist of sensuality…I am waltzing in your loveliness on shallow pools of pleasure…prancing and praising the very thought of your magnificence…The sounds of the sea calls me…onward towards you as I navigate the vastness of your importance…Happiness is with me because of you…and I will restrain this burning fire until you appear on the horizon of my mortality….allowing me to enter and place it within regions befitting a queen!

Written for Delores by an adoring fan!!
